We can't wait to celebrate our National Bard with you all on Saturday night!

We have now confirmed a special room rate at Rosewood Tucker’s Point Hotel, so why not treat yourself and turn the evening into a staycation?  Superior King Rooms are $177 (limited rooms available), a Villa Deluxe is $192 and the Manor House Deluxe is $213.

Just over a week to go and tickets are selling well for our Annual Burns Supper on Saturday, January 24th.  Tickets are available until next Thursday, or until they sell out, whichever happens first.

Shake off those January Blues at our Annual Burns Supper

A stylish start to 2015, the Caledonian Society of Bermuda’s Annual Burns Supper, will be at Rosewood Tucker’s Point on Saturday, January 24th.

A Burns Supper is a celebration of the life and poetry of Scotland's national bard Robert Burns, author of many famous poems and songs.  A few examples include Auld Lang Syne (yes, the one we all sing at New Year), To a Mouse (the phrase “the best laid schemes o’ mice and men gang aft agley” comes from this poem) and Tam O’ Shanter (considered by many to be one of the best examples of the narrative poem in European literature).

You do NOT have to be a literary buff to enjoy this, you just have to enjoy delicious food with entertaining toasts and speeches.

The pre-dinner cocktail reception (cash bar) will be from 6.30pm until 7.30pm, with the five-course dinner beginning at 8pm.
